So this whole Dem nomination process looks like another comlete snafu. I still don't know who I'm going to vote for, though Cthulu is looking pretty good at this point. I was pretty sure I was going for Dean, because I felt like he'd feel obligated to change the process a little if he got elected. But now that he's losing steam I don't know what I want. I mean, he was never my first choice, but Kusinich sure as hell isn't going to be elected. I just can't get behind Kerry. I know it's easy for Dean to point out all the things he didn't support. He was a governor, for god's sake, and under no pressure to support the policies of the president one way or another. But I just can't give my vote to Kerry because he voted for so many things I despise. The war in Iraq, the patriot act, the fcc spectrum auction, the media conglomorate bill. I'm really not convinced that he has any particular moral stance on anything, combat veteran aside.
Of course our primary here in NY is about dead center in the process so I guess things will have shook out a litt more. I kind of hope Kusinich is still in the race so I can at least vote my conscience. This is why I support a parlimentary government. It might be nice to vote opposition and feel like you weren't just pissing in the wind.

For anybody who's ever resorted to walkthroughs to help solve a particularly difficult game, this might help you solve a particularly difficult real world problem.
